Hello! My name is Alayah (uh-LIE-uh), and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist supervised by Dr. Rikki Spencer, PsyD. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.

I have experience working with children and older adults, as well as individuals facing comorbid conditions, including PTSD, anxiety, autism, ADHD, and depression. Additionally, I have worked with clients navigating challenges related to substance abuse, behavior management, major life transitions, stress management, domestic abuse, and crisis situations.

My passion lies in helping others by being the support system they need. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard and empowered. Through a collaborative, person-centered approach, I aim to equip my clients with the tools they need to feel confident and self-assured in their lives.

Outside of work, I love engaging in anime and manhwa. I enjoy all things Sanrio, trips to Disneyland, trying out new restaurants and cuisines, and spending quality time with friends and family. Staying active is also important to me, and I enjoy Pilates and yoga as a way to relax and recharge.

I look forward to working with and getting to know you!
