Hello! I’m Kassandra Ayala, a graduate student at Pepperdine University, where I’m pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Saint Katherine and hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with children on the autism spectrum, helping them navigate their unique challenges and celebrate their successes.

I’m deeply passionate about advocating for mental health and strive to create a warm, supportive environment where individuals and families feel safe and comfortable. I am committed to fostering a nonjudgmental space where my clients can openly explore their thoughts and feelings. Whether it’s helping someone manage anxiety, improve relationships, or develop healthy coping strategies, I’m here to guide them with empathy and support. My approach to therapy is all about combining understanding and a touch of fun to make every session a positive and transformative experience.
