Hello! I’m pursuing a master’s degree in counseling psychology at Bastyr University in San Diego with the goal of becoming a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where I developed an interest in mental health and community advocacy. I have experience supporting people through difficult moments as a crisis line counselor, and recently had the privilege of providing outpatient counseling services at Bastyr University Clinic.

I believe in the power of a compassionate therapeutic relationship and strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where people feel heard and valued. I’m dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being with a holistic and collaborative approach. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques, tailored to meet the needs of each individual. I hope to encourage self-discovery and empower clients to uncover their inherent strengths while navigating life’s challenges. I’m particularly interested in supporting people of all ages who are working through issues related to painful or traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy watching baseball, going for walks in the sunshine, and curling up with my cat and a good book. I look forward to meeting you!
