Hi! My name is Tara del Rosario, I am a 3rd year doctoral student (PsyD) in clinical psychology at Alliant International university in San Diego. I am supervised by Tanya Hilber, PsyD, PMH-C and Camille Kelly, LMFT. I have over 8 years’ experience working in mental health. My clinical experience includes working with individuals struggling with chronic pain and autoimmune disorders, identity development, previous work as intensive case manager supporting transitional age youth and adult individuals suffering from severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder and co-occurring disorders. I have worked with children and adolescents providing ABA therapy, using a positive behavioral approach. I am also a certified therapeutic riding instructor (CTRI) providing adaptive horseback riding lessons to children and adults suffering from an array of neuro developmental disabilities such as ASD, epilepsy, Rhett’s syndrome, ADHD, brain injury, Cerebral palsy, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
