I started my education at Palomar College in San Diego. I was recruited into athletics at California State University Sacramento where I completed my BA in Sociology. I have worked with children of all ages with specialized training to work in the special needs population and children with ASD. I am currently finishing my Masters in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and will be receiving my Associate Professional Clinical Counseling credential. I am interested in trauma informed care and I will be completing EMDR basic training before my graduation date.  I am versed in CBT, DBT and ACT with an emphasis on the mind body connection. My personal passions include baking and being in nature!
