My name is Yusra and I am currently a graduate student at the University of San Diego pursuing my master’s in marriage and family therapy. I also received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California Irvine in 2022. Driven by a deep passion for mental health and well-being, I am dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to mental wellness. With a strong academic foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning, I strive to create supportive and compassionate environments where people can thrive. My work integrates evidence-based practices with mindfulness techniques, promoting holistic and natural healing. I believe in the power of combining traditional therapeutic approaches with natural methods to foster holistic healing and resilience. Through one-on-one support, group workshops, and community outreach, I am devoted to making mental health resources accessible and impactful. My goal is to foster a society where everyone feels heard, valued, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with mindfulness and strength.
