My name is Alayah Smith and I am currently studying to get my masters in clinical psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy at Pepperdine University. During my final year, I hope to gain more applicable clinical experience that will help me in my career. I do have some clinical experience working with children doing ABA work as well as residential care for adults. I did briefly work with teens of differing comorbid diagnosis teaching them social skills, daily living skills, and communication skills. I hope to help the clients I will work with to reduce the presenting symptoms and also develop better coping skills. In my free time I like to catch up on my shows, try new restaurants, and go shopping for my daughter.
