Trauma and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can impact lives in so many ways, from anxiety and depression to chronic migraines and sleep issues.
Trauma is carried through generations to generations. Our mission is to overcome the challenges individuals and families face, reduce suffering and stop the cycle of abuse and victimization, regardless of socioeconomic status and situations.
