I am a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Point Loma Nazarene University. I have had the privilege of working in diverse clinical settings, including substance abuse programs and outpatient services for adolescents and adults.

My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, and PTSD, as well as working with survivors of human trafficking and sex trafficking. Through both individual and group therapy, I help clients develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen support systems, and move toward resilience and personal growth.

In addition to my clinical background, my experience within the federal immigration system has deepened my understanding of the systemic and cultural factors that influence mental health. This perspective allows me to approach each client’s journey with cultural sensitivity and awareness.

My mission is to empower individuals to recognize their inner strength, foster independence, and build a healthier future. I approach therapy with compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
