Hi, I’m Halle! I’m an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver, with a specialization in trauma and culturally-responsive care. I work with clients of all ages, and I’m especially passionate about supporting women through trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, anxiety, life transitions and phobias. My approach is trauma-informed at its core: I believe the experiences that shape us also shape how we move through relationships, stress, and change, and that understanding those patterns opens the door to real healing. I primarily draw on CBT, and like to mix in somatic, mindfulness, and DBT skills as well, so that we’re building practical tools for the present while making room to process the past. My style is warm, collaborative, and empowering. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you at a pace that feels right.
