As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where clients can explore difficult experiences and problematic patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and build meaningful and sustainable change.

I am particularly passionate about treating clients navigating anxiety, PTSD, trauma, addictions and substance use, childhood and adult sexual abuse and neglect, sex and human trafficking, domestic violence, family/relational dysfunction, and men’s and women’s issues. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating complex behavioral, emotional, relational, and communication challenges, including treatment-resistant depression, ADHD and neurodivergence, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and disabilities.

I have extensive experience working with adults from diverse cultures with complex mental health needs, including individuals who are justice-involved and navigating parole, reentry, and post-incarceration challenges. I also have experience working with individuals and families affected by immigration-related stressors and the emotional, relational, and systemic challenges that can accompany significant life circumstances and change.

I have experience using evidence-based interventions, such as somatic therapy, emotions-focused therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy, addictions therapy, solutions-focused therapy and strengths-based therapy.
