I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC13582), supervised by Camille Kelly, LMFT (LMFT94638). I received my Master’s degree at Alliant International University and my bachelor’s degree in psychology at San Diego State University. I love working with people and am committed to creating a safe, relaxed environment where clients can explore and work towards their goals and receive support. I have experience working with children and teens, primarily. My current treatment specialties include anxiety, trauma, and managing life changes and adjustments. I emphasize a collaborative, solution-focused approach to mental health, and am also trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and involve mindfulness in much of my practice. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking with my dog, and doing yoga!
