As an Associate marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping couples and families navigate life’s challenges through emotion coaching and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I’m particularly passionate about working with clients living with ADHD, especially adult women and mothers juggling the complexities of life. Using a combination of mindfulness, psychoeducation, and CBT, I empower my clients to build skills that foster growth, resilience, and healthier relationships.

As a mother of three teenagers, I deeply understand the joys and challenges of parenthood. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling and cheering on my kids in their activities. My goal is to create a compassionate and supportive space where clients can explore, grow, and thrive.
