My counseling style is non-judgmental, compassionate, and warm. I want to meet you where you are. You are the expert in your life and I am here to support you and help you explore what is getting in the way of you living out your fullest potential.

I believe that therapy is a safe space for you to find support in healing, achieving your goals, and processing past experiences. I like to meet you where you’re at and go at your own pace. You will always find a non-judgmental, patient, and kind environment in our sessions!

There are various approaches i take in session depending on your goals. Whether it is learning adequate coping skills to help with anxiety, and depression or healing your inner child by processing previous life experiences we will find what works for you.

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, suicidality, and other mental health concerns. I use a combination of evidence-based treatments to fit your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I place a focus on strengthening grounding skills to calm your mind and body when feeling upset or overwhelmed and give you tools to reach your full potential.

Additionally, being a first-generation Latina I am able to offer services in Spanish if preferred.
