Hi all! I am a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee pursuing my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California. My approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective, emphasizing the importance of authentic connection, empathy, and each individual’s inherent capacity for growth and resilience.

I believe that people are more than the challenges they face, and I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences, identify strengths, and work toward meaningful change. I am particularly interested in supporting couples, children, and individuals navigating relationship concerns, identity development, and life transitions.

My professional interests include working with couples, children, and families, multicultural and interracial relationships, and exploring how culture, identity, and lived experiences shape the ways people experience the world around them. I am also interested in serving military service members and their families as they navigate the unique opportunities and challenges associated with military life.

Ultimately, I am committed to approaching each client with curiosity, respect, and a genuine belief in their capacity for healing and growth. I look forward to meeting you!
