Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes—especially when it seems like no one sees what you’re carrying. I work with children, teens, and adults to create a space where healing feels possible, and where you’re met with curiosity, compassion, and respect. As a graduate student at Pepperdine University pursuing dual licensure as an LMFT and LPCC, I bring a holistic perspective to therapy, drawing from my background in education, yoga, and mind-body wellness. Whether you’re facing loss, big transitions, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with support.
