Cheyenne Meraz, AMFT is a therapist at San Diego Therapy Center. She earned her B.A. in Sociology from San Diego State University and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology.

Cheyenne is passionate about supporting individuals in reaching their fullest potential and becoming the best versions of themselves. She has experience working with clients ages 3 to 78, addressing concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, anger management, addiction, and life transitions.

Her therapeutic style is person-centered and strength-based, focusing on collaboration to help clients achieve their unique goals in alignment with their individual needs.

Outside of the therapy room, Cheyenne enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, reading a good book on the beach, and playing with her niece and nephews whenever she gets the chance.
