Hello! I’m a practicum student currently pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of San Diego. My journey into therapy is built upon a foundation of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine, and hands-on experience as a Behavioral Health Professional assisting children with behavioral difficulties. I’ve also had the privilege of volunteering with children navigating the complex emotions of grief after losing a parent figure.

As a Marine Corps Veteran, I bring a unique perspective to problem-solving, recognizing that challenges often have many potential solutions. My aim in therapy is to work alongside you, delving into these different avenues to uncover the core of what you’re experiencing. I’m here to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and empower you to create meaningful, positive changes. You’ve already taken the most important step by reaching out for support. I’m particularly interested in integrating techniques from Structural Family Therapy, Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) into my practice.
