I was born in the vibrant city of Kingston, Jamaica, I grew up in the beautiful city of Atlanta, Georgia. A seeker of knowledge and understanding, I pursued my undergraduate studies at Kennesaw State University, diving into the fascinating world of Psychology. The pandemic, a time of reflection and a thirst for adventure inspired me to move to the sunny city of San Diego. It was here that I furthered my education, earning a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the prestigious University of San Diego.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals like you on their journeys of self-discovery and healing.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in warmth, compassion, and a commitment to holistic well-being. I believe in the power of somatic healing, recognizing the deep connection between the mind and body. Together, we can explore how physical sensations and movements contribute to your emotional landscape, fostering a harmonious integration of your mental and physical experiences.

Laughter, a universal language of joy, holds a special place in our sessions. It’s a powerful tool for releasing tension, promoting relaxation, and bringing lightness to even the heaviest of moments. We’ll embrace moments of joy and humor as essential components of our therapeutic journey.

Additionally, I’m a strong advocate for creative therapeutic interventions. Whether through art, writing, or other expressive modalities, we can tap into your innate creativity as a means of self-expression and exploration. This can be a powerful avenue for processing emotions and gaining new perspectives.

In our time together, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I look forward to continuing our collaborative journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery in the coming year. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your transformative process. I look forward to working with you. You are deeply deserving of healing.

When I’m not sitting in sessions with clients, I love to create! I am an avid fiction reader and lover of Thrift stores. I live for the thrill of finding unique pieces that tell stories. I also enjoy painting and roller skating with a bomb playlist on a sunny day!
