Before moving to San Diego in 2020, I grew up in the suburbs of Washington DC. After completing my undergraduate degree, I worked in the family court system for years before shaking things up with a career pivot, where I spent several years working for a national corporate boutique fitness company. I returned to graduate school and received my masters degree in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

I have always worked with people from all walks of life and love to focus on the stories we tell ourselves. If we invent and create stories about ourselves and our world, then we can invent new ones. I love working with all clients, yet have more in depth experience with ADHD, neurodivergence, sexual assault, domestic violence, OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, LGBTQ+ counseling, anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, self-esteem, women’s issues and attachment/co-dependency.

I take a person-centered approach to the therapeutic container- everyone is different and what works well for someone is going to be totally different than another person. Therapy is a collaboration and we create what that looks like together.
