I am a passionate associate therapist with a deep commitment to supporting mental health and emotional well-being. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and emerging adults, and I have extensive experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. My therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness-based practices and enriched with creative modalities, including play therapy, art-based interventions, and somatic awareness. I believe in meeting each client where they are and using developmentally appropriate, engaging methods to support self-expression, emotional regulation, and healing. I strive to create a safe, trusting environment where clients and families feel seen, heard, and supported. Building authentic connections is at the heart of my work, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with curiosity, compassion, and care.
