What Our Work Together Looks Like
Counseling with me is not a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a collaborative, relational space designed to meet the challenges of modern life—whether you’re facing burnout and stress, Digital Dependence and Technology Addiction/Overuse, low motivation and procrastination, or relationship challenges. My work is about more than coping; it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Who I Work With
I work with adults, young adults, and teens who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. Some of the most common challenges I support include:
- Burnout and stress management
- ADHD, procrastination, organization, and low motivation
- Digital Dependence and Technology Addiction/Overuse
- Loneliness, isolation, and relational struggles
- Life transitions and decision overwhelm
- Trauma and challenges with emotional regulation
- Searching for direction, purpose, and meaning
What You Can Expect
This isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about sustainable change built week over week. Together, we’ll reconnect you with your “inner compass”—your values, needs, strengths, and goals—and align your inner world with the life you want to build. Clients often leave with more emotional steadiness, healthier tech habits, stronger relationships, and renewed energy for what matters most. Moving from simply surviving to living with more connection, balance, and meaning.
About Me
I’m Kodiak, a therapist-in-training (M.A. Clinical Mental Health Counseling, B.S. in Psychology) with a focus on positive psychology, holistic health, and applied neuroscience. Before becoming a counselor-in-training, I worked as a holistic nutritionist, personal trainer, and mental health educator. Having walked through seasons of burnout, depression, anxiety, and disconnection myself, I bring both lived experience and evidence-based tools into my work.
Think of me as a partner in growth. Someone who walks with you, offering support, perspective, and strategies you can carry into daily life.
