Hello! My name is Lindsey. I am a bilingual Latina AMFT therapist, speaking English and Spanish. I received a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Humboldt State University.
With my experience in volunteering with LGBTQ+ high school students, working with homeless/ low-income families and individuals, and my own personal experiences through healing and growth. I take a holistic approach when working with clients, tailoring to interactions with my clients needs.
With a collaborative approach, I assist clients in empowerment, utilizing their strength, and gain the skills to face life’s unexpected challenges. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space for clients. Outside of the office, I like to watch Halloween/ scary movies, listen to a variety of music genres, and spend time with friends and family. I like to play sports and enjoy time doing outdoor activities.
