I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) student at the University of Southern California. My background includes working with victims of crime, undocumented migrant children, and youth/children in foster care. These experiences have shaped my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of providing compassionate support to those facing significant challenges.

Now, I would like to focus on working with individuals who are justice-involved. I have seen how systemic barriers, stigma, and unmet mental health needs can impact this population. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly share their experiences, work through difficulties, and build on their strengths. I would like to use approaches like CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to tailor support based on each person’s needs.

My commitment is to advocate for those who are often overlooked and helping them navigate their unique challenges. Whether working with youth, adults, or families, I strive to promote healing, resilience, and positive change.
