As a Psychological Associate, I am dedicated to supporting the emotional and behavioral needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families. With over 10 years of experience working with youth and parents across school, home, hospital, and therapeutic settings, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges that arise throughout the lifespan. I earned my B.S in Psychology with an emphasis in Biological Sciences and Human Development from UC Davis, and a M.A in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, and am continuing to pursue my doctorate degree in clinical psychology.

My work focuses on helping individuals navigate experiences such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and adjustment challenges—while also honoring each person’s individual story and strengths. I believe that effective therapy is built on a foundation of warmth, compassion, and collaboration.

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, focusing on creating a safe, collaborative space where each individual’s experiences and resilience guide the healing process. Using evidence-based interventions, from a cognitive-behavioral model such as DBT, TF-CBT, and ACT, my goal is to create a supportive space where you can feel understood, empowered, and equipped to reach your goals.
