Hi, I’m Natasha. I’m passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move through their healing journey. I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, respected, and able to show up exactly as they are. My goal is to create a space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment while building tools that help you move toward the life you want.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego, where I began my journey of working with children, adolescents, and families from many different backgrounds. Through my work, I have supported individuals and families navigating challenges such as emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, major life transitions, and co-occurring mental health concerns.

I work with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens who may be feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I especially enjoy working with parents, couples, and families as they navigate difficult moments together. Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, and learn new ways to understand both yourself and the people around you. Together, we focus on identifying patterns, strengthening coping skills, and building insight so that meaningful and lasting change feels possible.

Because the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in meaningful growth, my approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic. I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to each person’s unique experiences and needs, while keeping a trauma and culturally-informed lens. I believe that no one is broken; everyone has strengths and resilience within them.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me rollerblading, at the beach eating sushi, going to concerts with my partner and friends, and spending quality time with family. I look forward to connecting with you.
