Nicole Romero is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Associate Therapist at San Diego Therapy Center. She earned her Masters degree in Social Work from San Diego State University and continued her education to obtain her Pupil Personnel Services credential. Nicole is currently registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW). With this specialization, Nicole has worked in school settings supporting students and families by providing psychoeducation and mental health services. She approaches her work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, empowering clients to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change in their lives. She is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their healing journey.
