My name is Sasha, and I am currently an intern working towards my Clinical Counseling license. I believe in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual brings a unique set of experiences and strengths. I aspire to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space that fosters growth, resilience, and empowerment.

I believe in the power of collaboration and flexibility when it comes to setting therapeutic goals in order to shape the counseling experience to each individual’s personal values. I hold my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology along with a certificate in Early Childhood Education and Mental Health. My professional background includes a range of roles supporting both children and adults, including work as a behavioral interventionist and a case manager.

As someone who grew up in an immigrant household, I bring a deep appreciation for the impact of culture, family dynamics, and resilience in shaping our lives. These experiences have deepened my passion for counseling and affirmed my commitment in helping others navigate challenges, build strengths, and develop healthy coping skills.
