I’m Sophia, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist currently supervised by Camille Kelly. I have a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California at Irvine, and an MA in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. I have experience working with clients anywhere from 2 years old to 78 and currently specialize in trauma, anxiety, relationship problems, child development, and life transitions. I use a collaborative approach with my clients first and foremost, in addition to a solution-focused, strengths-based approach to support clients through life’s hardships. As a therapist, I am committed to empowering my clients to lead happier, more fulfilling lives. When not at work, I can usually be found spending time with family and friends, taking my dog to the park, reading a good book, and/or trying new restaurants!
