Stephanie Spence is a doctoral student on the LPCC track at Meridian University. Her training reflects an integrative approach to psychotherapy emphasizing trauma-informed, relational, and somatic perspectives. She approaches this work with humility and deep respect, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered at their own pace.

Her counseling style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in presence. Stephanie believes each person is the expert of their own experience and strives to meet clients where they are. Drawing from relational, humanistic, and body-aware frameworks, she supports clients in reconnecting with their inner strength and resilience.

Stephanie values yoga, time in nature, writing, and creative expression. She believes healing is courageous and possible and feels honored to walk alongside clients toward greater wholeness.
