Hello, I am an Associate Therapist and registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I hold a certification as an Individual Trauma Counselor. I have supported children, adolescents, and adults through family dynamics, divorce, coparenting transitions, trauma and substance abuse related issues. I take a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to help individuals and families build practical coping skills, empower individuals by helping them recognize their strengths, and move toward healing and growth.
